1. Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date by emailing contact@bizwiz.live from the email used at purchase, with your payment/order reference.
2. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Nature of a digital product
Because this is a digital download, we ask that refund requests be genuine. We may decline requests that show evidence of abuse (for example, full download plus redistribution).
4. Cancellation
This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel after delivery. If you are charged but do not receive the Product, contact us immediately and we will resolve it or refund you in full.
