Refund Policy

1. What’s covered

Our 30-day guarantee applies to paid digital products, including the $9 Meta Signal Setup Kit and the $24 Meta Attribution & Analytics Playbook. The Meta Ads Trust Test is free, so no refund is needed.

2. How to request a refund

Email contact@bizwiz.live within 30 days of your purchase with:

• the email address you used at checkout, and
• the name of the product (and order reference if you have it).

You don’t need to explain why, though feedback is always welcome and helps us improve.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through our payment provider, Playto. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Exceptions

• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
• Clear abuse of the guarantee (for example repeated buy-and-refund of the same product).
