These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BizWiz website at bizwiz.live and any products, content, files, or services we make available (together, the "Service"). BizWiz is operated by Jayaprakash Das ("BizWiz", "we", "us"). By accessing the Service or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

BizWiz publishes educational products and templates that help media buyers, founders, and growth teams build better measurement and attribution systems for Meta advertising. We are based in India and operate online.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share our paid products or files;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the site or its content;
• use the Service in any way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

3. Products and digital goods

All paid products are digital goods delivered electronically. Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time.

4. Payments

Payments for paid products are processed by our third-party payment provider, Playto. When you buy a product, your payment details are handled by Playto under their own terms and privacy policy — we never see or store your full card information. Completing a purchase authorizes Playto to charge you the listed amount for the selected product.

5. License

When you purchase a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may not share, sublicense, or resell the materials. We retain all intellectual property rights in our content.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in India.
